1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We want you to shop with confidence. You can return or exchange an item if:
- The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Please note that personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged during delivery.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Damaged Items: If the item was defective or damaged upon delivery, Pivaa will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or other reasons unrelated to damage or defect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions:
- We will process your refund within 7-14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry items.
- Items purchased from special promotions or clearance sales.
- Gift cards or other non-returnable purchases as indicated at checkout.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Pivaa will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Final Sale Items
All final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please review your purchase carefully before placing your order.
